Healthy eating or clean eating is not a diet but a lifestyle choice that can give your body numerous benefits. Some tend to choose fad diets just to remedy a healthy or weight – based situations, while some turn to clean eating by inspired by others. A healthy diet is when you consume a wide variety of whole, unrefined, and unprocessed foods that in their natural or close to the natural form. It should be high in healthy fats, lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and plenty of waters.

Maintaining a healthy weight eating is an effective way to maintain or achieve a healthy weight. Following a diet that consists of alot of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean meats or fish will help immensely those who are overweight and try to reduce their weight.

Eating clean can help in keeping stress manageable. Choose foods that are known to reduce stress like avacados, which is rich in good fat and potassium that can lower blood pressure. Berries are also good choice because it contains fiber that regulates blood-sugar levels and vitamin C that has been shown to help the body in dealing with stress. Another stress-relieving food is spinach, it has magnesium that helps calm the body and improve sleep. Support mental health consuming foods that are high in healthy fats, protein, and some sugar helps in keeping the brain functioning at its best.
