Backpacking is far more than a way of traveling. It’s a way of looking at and discovering the world. It is, to all intents and purposes, a way of life. You can’t truly claim to be ‘a backpacker’, or to go ‘backpacking’, unless you’re already a certain type of person. Backpacking doesn’t teach you independence it hones your independence and makes you more self-sufficient.

It teaches you to survive in an occasionally tough, but always alien environment. And once you’ve figured out how to survive in this strange world, then you can embrace its difference, marvelling at its richness and its unceasing variety. The backpacker knows that the only way to find out about the world is to explore it.

Backpacking is the pursuit of the unique and fleeting moment of beauty. Watching dawn come up over the ocean in an explosion of colour, perhaps, marvelling at the mists as they shift over a mountain range, or being amazed by the long shadow cast by a temple.

Backpacking is catching a glimpse of something strange and exotic, something you know you’d never see at home. It’s seeing something weird and wonderful and not understanding it but realizing that not everything has to be understood to be appreciated.

Nature is an important and integral part of mankind. It is one of the greatest blessings for human life however, nowadays humans fail to recognize it as one. Nature has been an inspiration for numerous poets, writers, artists and more of yesteryears. This remarkable creation inspired them to write poems and stories in the glory of it. They truly valued nature which reflects in their works even today. Essentially, nature is everything we are surrounded by like the water we drink, the air we breathe, the sun we soak in, the birds we hear chirping, the moon we gaze at and more. Above all, it is rich and vibrant and consists of both living and non-living things. Therefore, people of the modern age should also learn something from people of yesteryear and start valuing nature before it gets too late.

TO TRAVEL IS TO LIVE

Traveling is an extraordinary experience every person needs to try. It reveals a whole new and exciting world out there, opens out your inner strength, and presents with unforgettable adventures.

There is nothing quite like traveling, like seeing a new place for the first time or returning to a favorite one. People of all ages, from all around the world, go to foreign places for different reasons mainly, for work, family, and leisure. Whether by plane, train, ship or by automobile, traveling is generally a pleasurable experience, at least for the people who can financially afford comfortable and safe methods of travel. But it has more benefits than satisfying one’s need to make money, like, for example, to see loved ones and enjoy oneself on vacation.

Traveling is a humbling experience. It is merely a superior feeling, to go to another country, and to see people live differently, speak differently, look differently. This is how one comes to understand how big and crazy our world is. Another benefit to traveling is coming to see one’s native country in a different light, in a different way. It is possible through making a comparison of your home and a foreign location. Sure, this is impossible without traveling. Going to unknown places create new perspectives and inspiration.

It’s a great, big world out there with billions and billions of people, who each day live their life and have their own unique experiences.Traveling gets a person out of their comfort zone, away from all their ordinary pleasures and comforts and way of doing things.

Public Transport

Nowadays using public transport seems like a low standard while owning a vehicle is the high
standard. Everyone wants to own a vehicles but without realizing the matter is getting worst and
damaging the earth terribly.
Day by day vehicles usage is getting higher as well as air pollution is getting terrible too. Producing
vehicles increase by yearly. Have you realized traffic jams were even came after too much of vehicles
usage. Public transport were first came up before owning vehicles. Public transport helps to keep
more environmental friendly.
Public transport helps to less traffic jams and travel in group rather than one in one person which
increase the chaos of traffic jams. Public transport also helps to less pollution which were increased as
a major reason from too much vehicles usage in the world. The less the vehicles the less the air
pollution happened. This is not only about air pollution but more than that. There are other damaging
happening because of too much vehicles usage but air pollution is the major problem occur because
of vehicle usage increasing. Public transport were never meant to be looked as low standard or it was
never a low standard. It is the most best high standard to use it to save our earth. Using public
transport is the trend unless you are a celebrity or someone who is well known which public goes
crazy looking at you anywhere then yeah use own vehicles and travel anywhere.
Using public transport is one of the best way to save our earth.

Have you been so nervous to talk in front of public on the stage ? When teacher asked you to
participate in public speaking in school program, you ran ten miles away because never had courage
and same situation of facing it in adult life too.
Well, that’s why public speaking is always seems one of activity done in school for students to get the
exposure about the stage, public and confidence of speaking. But educators never let this well known
to students which students tend to overlook the matter as not important and that itself lead them to
face the difficulty of speaking in most of their life stage. Sometimes it effects forever in their lifetime.
Public speaking always plays major role in every human life. Without your voice you can’t even make
a stand for yourself even in your family. Speaking is very important in human life. Disable people have
their own speaking too and that is sign language. See, voice and speaking plays major role in

Even animals make sounds to make known their presence. Animals just don’t have voice but they
know the living of life in this earth. Wherever we go there are sounds and speakings hold place. You
go out you need to speak. To buy something have to speak. To ask something have to speak. Literally
the world goes with all the speakings around the world.
So public speaking is not as minor thing as it seems. No. It is not. It is one of the major and one of the
most important thing to be look after and educate the younger generation to speak clearly and well
known of what they are about to speak. So practice your speaking and conquer the world with your
voice of thoughts. Just don’t forget to include common sense, knowledge and open minded before
speak.

What’s mythology ? Have you heard some stories about those ancient times where Gods
communicate with other God and they created humans on the earth and so much on ? Well, today’s
topic is all about what is mythology and what does it meant exactly.
Mythology or myth is folk genre consisting of narrative stories that play a fundamental role in society.
The main characters in myths are usually Gods, demigods or supernatural human. ( This was taken

In simple words according to my study about mythology is all about tales or stories which were
created by ancient folks which were so interesting to hear but nothing seems make sense in this
generation. Most of mythology is related to cultures, legends, religions, spirituality, customs and etc.
There are few mythology that became so famous and one of the famous well known is obviously
Greek mythology and Indian mythology. Their short stories and epic poetry stirs so much curiosity
among humans which even makes a very specific field of study in most of the university around the
world. Yes, there are undergraduate courses to study mythology in most of the Europe universities.
Classical studies is the second name of mythology. Literature, poetry, and most of classical related
studies all consist of mythology. What’s the benefits about studying mythology. For a start, studying
mythology makes the person to know deeper about the culture and lifestyle of the people. It also
helps the person to know more about the religion and how to outlook of the ancient people lives.
For examples, studying Indian mythology makes the person to know how Indian people beliefs came
from and how their lifestyles revolved in everyday life. Mythology is never boring for curiosity people
who wants to learn about other people’s culture, traditions and lifestyle. But for those who are not
interested in arts or classical learning then mythology is absolutely the worst boring subject to be ever
read.
Somehow everyone have their own curiosity in whatever interest them. As long classical studies never
disappear in this high technological world seems high concern since these younger generations never

strong desire to awaken a human mood to something very strong passionate colour. That’s why red
presents in most of the successful fast food chain restaurants.
Blue represents calm and cooling down. But too much blue can lead to sadness and depression. Same
with all the colour. Using too much of any colour can lead to major problem and disadvantages to any
person or surroundings. That’s why balancing and matching colour is one of the important subjects in
interior design course study. Now we see how yellow effects a person’s mood. Well, yellow
represents joy, optimism honor but the downside of the colour yellow is cowardice and deceit.
Why mother nature always covers with greens ? Green presents of life, renewal, growth and

Sleep is undoubtedly one of the most essential requirements for the human body to function properly. It plays a very important role in ensuring the wellness of the human body, both physically as well as mentally. In fact, the importance of sleep is clear from the fact that it helps you with maintaining a good lifestyle throughout your entire lifetime. Not only does it help you maintain your physical and mental health, it also helps in maintaining a decent and healthy lifestyle along with ensuring safety from a number of fatal diseases.

Sleep is not only important for grown-up individuals and people who go to work, but it is also very essential for small babies and children in their growing-up years, as well. In small children, sleep supports the growth as well as development of their minds and bodies, and hence is a non- negotiable activity necessary for all human beings.

A person’s ability to make decisions, remember things, pay attention, as well as think creatively are all dependent on the amount of sound sleep they are managing to get on a daily basis. There are several behavioral issues also associated with lack of sleep, and this includes becoming a recluse both at home and at workplace.

EFFECTS OF LACK SLEEP

Effects of a lack of sleep, known as insomnia, is the most common classification of sleep disorders. It was estimated that thirty to forty million people all over the world have difficulty staying asleep, falling asleep or waking earlier than they would like to, and cannot get back to sleep. Most people settle that this is just a part of life, and the poor quality of sleep proceeds to eat away at the quality of life that could be attained.

If sleep is interrupted then an imbalance of hormones can take place. As an example; a deficiency of sleep is the beginning to an increase in the production of cortisol, which is a stress hormone. This hormone affects the heart and too much of it causes hypertension or it can destroy a person’s energy, which can bring them into a depressive state. The effect of poor sleep can increase the emission of insulin after meals and these secretions can rise above the normal levels. Insulin is a hormone that controls glucose processing and encourages fat storage. This increases insulin levels which are linked with weight gain, which then can become a risk factor for diabetes. 

WORK STRESS IMPACT OUR HEALTH

In our everyday lives we are faced with situations that do require us to work extremely hard. Whereas this is a very vital thing in every success of an organization, employees suffer severe health problems. This is because pressure emanating from this tight and demanding work conditions has with it several negative aspects. Amidst believes that pressure is necessary for an organization to achieve its mission it has greatly affected many lives. All organizations should educate themselves to be able to cope with this inevitable challenge and instead use it to make the health of workers less vulnerable. Also, an understanding as to the causes of work-related stress should also be studied.

It is true that we all need some amount of pressure in all that we do to be able to appreciate our work and even derive satisfaction from it. This is also a valid reason why one will rush to meet deadlines. If our work environment is devoid of deadlines, workers involved would not have much to do and may even find themselves bored. This is a waste as far as their career is concerned since results and profits depend on how much we are able to deliver within certain time lines. Again, life today is full of struggles and up and downs, frustrations and endless demands. For almost everybody, stress is the order of the day and an inevitable aspect in our lives.

As it has been widely believed that stress is harmful, some are of the opinion that it is not always bad. It acts as a catalyst for people to perform more productively, a means to cope with pressuring situations and pulls out the best from them. It becomes worse if the subjects are not able to control it or if the demands outweigh their capacity to handle situations. It is at this point that one’s mind and body pay the price. This becomes the beginning of many other health problems. Everyday, economic activities are changing and almost all employers are struggling to have in place products that can meet consumers’ needs.
