IMPORTANCE OF EXERCISE

We all know that exercise is important in our daily lives, but we may not know why or what exercise can do for us. It’s important to remember that we have evolved from nomadic ancestors who spent all their time moving around in search of food and shelter, travelling large distances on a daily basis. Our bodies are designed and have evolved to be regularly active.
Exercise increases energy levels and improves both the strength and the efficiency of your cardiovascular system to get the oxygen and nutrients to your muscles.  When your cardiovascular system works better everything seems easier and you have more energy for the fun stuff in life.
Exercise improves muscle strength and it’s makes us staying active keeps muscles strong and joints, tendons and ligaments flexible, allowing you to move more easily and avoid injury. INFORMATION FLOW IN THE DIGITAL “AGE”

Benefits of Systems Thinking

Systems thinking is a well organised approach of understanding the dynamic relationship between components of a system, so that we can make better choices and avoid unintentional consequences. It’s a conceptual framework for problem-solving which understands and considers the problems. In other words, it can be defined as a view which looks at the ‘system as a whole’ first with its fit and relationship to external environment being a primary concern as compared to the constituent elements that make up the system. It can be used to understand how systems work and how individuals can deal with them, while looking for patterns of interaction and underlying structures which shapes the systems behaviour. As system is a combination of several parts people who understand systems thinking keep one eye on the big picture and one on the detail, as they recognise that problem in one part of the system can impact other parts and forces patterns of behaviour in the system that lead to crisis.

Systems view is a way of positioning and looking into an organisational or systems issue where system boundaries are to be set to determine what parts are contained inside the system and what parts are considered external environment. The environment will certainly influence the problem solving capabilities of the system, but it’s not the part of the whole system. Outcomes will depend heavily on how a system is defined because system thinking investigates relationships between various parts of the system and its external environment.

The Best Journey of My Life

There is nothing better than the emotions and feelings one can receive from setting out on an adventure. Journeys help us to forget about our everyday issues. That is why I want to tell you about the best journey of my life.

It started at home as I began to pack items for a journey. I was excited because my parents and I were going to Thailand , the most interesting place to me. I could not imagine what it would be like. Especially their culture, and their variety of foods.

The first experience we had when we got out of the plane to enter Thailand was the tropical, wet, hot air that permeated the environment. We arrived at our hotel on the south of Phuket Island. Beauty seemed to be all around us. From the one side of the road there was the lush greenery of the tropical forest, from the other there were turquoise waves of the Andaman Sea.

We decided to spend our first days on a cozy seacoast and take a rest from a tiresome trip. The weather was wonderful. The sun was shining and the water was so warm, I had the impression nothing else existed in this world besides us. We were enjoying every minute of our rest, slowly sipping coconut milk through a tube straight out of a coconut. The days were changing from one to another with new, bright, unforgettable emotions and impressions.

We wanted to pass one day away on motorbikes, studying the island. Our trip took a whole day and we managed to bike the half of the island riding along the coast. The views we saw on our journey showed us another side of local life. People were in a hurry going to work or attending other business. The traffic in Thailand is extremely busy and noisy. A lot of people ride motorbikes, which is a distinguishing feature of Thailand.

All the way long, we made breaks to taste the delicacies of the local cuisine. I enjoyed Thai food immensely with its extraordinary combination of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. Sometimes the dishes were so spicy, that tears streamed from my eyes.

We also decided to diversify a bit, and go to less touristic parts of the island. Our island was covered by steep hills. The picturesque view of the tropical jungles and endless spaces of the sea with many adjoining islands, and the beauty and splendor of local nature was opened to us. I was overfilled with the sense of infinite freedom and peace of mind. There was the impression that nothing is necessary in life except this place and moment.

It was a truly sad realization when we knew we had to travel back home. The whirlwind of emotions and feelings swept over my mind: this is completely another world, with its climate, people, food, traditions, and customs that charm and dip you in the extraordinary atmosphere of calmness and composure. I remember it now with freshness and understand that it was the best journey of my life.

Beauty Of Missing Someone

You can miss someone, dead or alive, 1500 miles away or only 3 blocks away, it doesn’t matter what the situation is whether you like to admit it or not, you miss someone. It’s a hard thing to overcome and it will never be easy to see the bright side in something so painful, but trust me there is a bright side to it.

It takes time to come to the conclusion that missing someone is beautiful, but trust me it is beautiful. Think about it, you have or had someone in your life that meant that much to you, they had that kind of impact on your life. Isn’t that beautiful? Whether you miss them because they have passed away, moved, or your relationship with them has become distant, they meant so much to you. Never forget about that in the midst of the pain that you feel.

Really, if you keep looking onto the future, remember the positive memories from the past when you are frustrated, and keep yourself busy when things begin to look bleak, you will overcome this sadness produced by missing someone. Stay positive, and look missing someone as a beautiful thing.

Emotions Make Us “HUMAN”

Emotions and feelings are central to our life. They allow us to exist and achieve the fullness of our personality by motivating us towards that which is good. However, as a result of traumatic experiences, our emotional life can become disordered. This abnormal expression of emotion can only be understood and addressed by having an adequate understanding of how emotions work and develop within the person.

While our whole life is built around emotion, many people do not understand what they are or how they develop. Every person has the ability to experience and express emotion. Since emotions are natural, the act of feeling emotion is morally neutral . Each person has some degree of control over what they feel and how they express and share their feelings . Emotional responses are both physiological and psychological. These responses influence perception, learning and performance. Emotions are instruments that aim at “the possession of suitable objects”, thus leading us to “reach the perfection of our personality” .

SADNESS IS A PART OF LIFE, EMBRACE IT

Sometimes I feel lost and other times I feel as if I have conquered the world. At times the laughter is not in my control and other times the tears can’t be held in my eyes. When I am sad I wanna know how to overcome it but when my lips are busy laughing and screaming in happiness, then I don’t find any problem with me.

Sometimes I try to find a solution so that I don’t have to be sad. But with deep thinking I get to know without sadness the recipe of life is incomplete. To give a taste to the recipe, I need to put all the emotions in the plate of life.

Sadness is a natural part of life as happiness is. As human I will have to taste every flavour of life whether I like it or not. And if anyone tries to escape from any flavour, he or she will not be rewarded with his or her favourite one happiness.

The smile is being so overrated and people have become obsessed for getting this ingredient on their plate.Sorry to say but even successful people are taking it wrongly. They are giving ways to become happy and how to fade away this sadness.

“BACKPACKER”

Backpacking is far more than a way of traveling. It’s a way of looking at and discovering the world. It is, to all intents and purposes, a way of life. You can’t truly claim to be ‘a backpacker’, or to go ‘backpacking’, unless you’re already a certain type of person. Backpacking doesn’t teach you independence it hones your independence and makes you more self-sufficient.

It teaches you to survive in an occasionally tough, but always alien environment. And once you’ve figured out how to survive in this strange world, then you can embrace its difference, marvelling at its richness and its unceasing variety. The backpacker knows that the only way to find out about the world is to explore it.

Backpacking is the pursuit of the unique and fleeting moment of beauty. Watching dawn come up over the ocean in an explosion of colour, perhaps, marvelling at the mists as they shift over a mountain range, or being amazed by the long shadow cast by a temple.

Backpacking is catching a glimpse of something strange and exotic, something you know you’d never see at home. It’s seeing something weird and wonderful and not understanding it but realizing that not everything has to be understood to be appreciated.
